This module does not depend on or embed code from proprietary Document apps or third-party DMS addons. Features (Phase 1) ------------------ * Hierarchical **workspaces** with per-user membership roles * **Files** stored via ``ir.attachment`` with mail chatter * **Tags**, trash/restore, and retention purge cron * **Share panel** — invite people (Viewer/Editor), Internal Users access, Anyone-with-the-link access, Copy Link (clean-room; not Enterprise code) * **Tokenized public links** for download / optional replace upload * **Document Hub** — three-panel OWL UI (workspace tree, file grid, preview) Installation ------------ #. Add ``nextzen_document`` to your addons path (under ``extra-addons/NextZen``). #. Install **NextZen Document Hub** from the Apps menu. #. Assign users to **Document Hub** groups (User / Manager / Readonly). #. Add **workspace members** so non-managers can access folders.
