[IMP] theme_*: adapt s_call_to_action snippet design

occurrences existing in design themes.

*: anelusia, artists, avantgarde, beauty, bewise, bookstore, buzzy,
clean, enark, graphene, kiddo, loftspace, monglia, notes, odoo_experts,
orchid, paptic, treehouse, vehicle, yes, zap.
