This commit adapts background shapes in theme customizations where
shapes have been removed or added during the introduction of
"Connections" shapes.

Benoit Socias d28cc926c2 [FIX] theme_*: fix duplicate inline styles 
*: avantgarde, beauty, bistro, buzzy, clean, cobalt, graphene, kea, yes

This commit adapts the style attribute's add/remove operations in order
to avoid ending up with the same property defined several times.

This commit fixes the wrong separators used when updating class and
style attributes.

Benoit Socias d206c11972 [IMP] theme_*: extract shapes to configurator-dedicated templates 
This commit extracts the pre-defined section shapes from blocks into
templates that are dedicated to being used by the configurator.

For blocks that are not used in configurator pages, the configurator
templates have not been created.

Sébastien Mottet (oms) 20cca57c52 [IMP] website: change CTA based on website main objective 
If user selects 'schedule appointments' as main objective in the configurator
and if the website_calendar module is installed then the Call To Action of
snippets s_banner, s_cover and s_call_to_action is changed to 'Schedule an
appointment' and redirect user to '/calendar' on click.
