Benoit Socias efbfee9161 [FIX] theme_*: fix used separators in class and style updates

   clean, enark, graphene, kea, kiddo, monglia, nano, notes,
   odoo_experts, paptic, real_estate, treehouse, vehicle, yes, zap

This commit fixes the wrong separators used when updating class and
style attributes.

Chrysanthe (chgo) c3bee92507 [IMP] theme_*: adapt s_image_text templates 
This commit aims to review all the occurrences of the `s_image_text`
snippet across the themes in order to fix broken selectors.

Soukéina Bojabza 6c79fc30a7 [IMP] theme_*: remove some snippets hard coded background color 
This is the direct following of the PR [1].

Some themes "hard code" the background colors of some snippets, which
prevents the user to change it with a preset color without deleting the
current background first.

This commit does two things:
- remove the problematic hard coded background colors;
- replace the colors that are removed by some themes by the ones that
were set in [1] (for the searchbar and text highlight snippets).

Cocographique c4ca4397ae [IMP] theme_zap: update the theme
