A highlighted text has the following structure:

Which is saved in a minimal format that allows the JS code to rebuild
the SVGs when it's needed:

The goal of this commit is to use the simplified format for theme
customizations and adapt the code from the "Snippets Preview" and the
"New Page Templates Preview" to be able to build the highlights using
this format when provided in XML.

This commit aims to review all the occurrences of the `s_banner`
snippet across the themes in order to fix broken selectors, the `s_hr` in
our case, as it does not exist anymore in the snippet.

This commit extracts the pre-defined section shapes from blocks into
templates that are dedicated to being used by the configurator.
For blocks that are not used in configurator pages, the configurator
templates have not been created.
