Luis Torres	b87e51a130	[IMP] mexico: Update CSD files for documentation ... The current certificates for demo in the documentation will to expire the October 21. Luis Ernesto Torres Macías	28fa168d8e	[IMP] accounting: Updated certificate files ... Now the PAC only allow cancel test with 2 VATs, TCM970625MB1 and MAG041126GT8.
