[FIX] component: do not validate props twice
...
it is not useful to do it in the component directive, especially since
it is done in the constructor, and the default props are not applied.

[FIX] router: properly react on hashchange
...
Before this commit, hashchanges were not taken into account by the
router, if used in history mode.
Also, it's stupid, but i ran prettier on the codebase
