Steps to reproduce :
- Install Website module and at step of selecting a website theme,
choose Monglia
(or install and activate theme manually after Website install)
- Go to Website homepage and edit it
- Add the `Three Columns` structure block then save
Issue :
The titles in cards are blurry.
Issue can be reproduced on any theme that use the css function:
`o-theme-cfa-header-shadows`.
Solution :
Remove shadow style for light background:
bg-100, bg-200, bg-300, bg-400.

The animations "Rotate In-Down-Left" and "Rotate In-Down-Right" were
not done correctly because we were trying to get the position of the
element (by not taking CSS transforms into calculations) via the
matrix of the css transform and it does not work if there is a
transform-origin on the element.

The license is missing in most enterprise manifest so
the decision was taken to make it explicit in all cases.
When not defined, a warning will be triggered starting from
14.0 when falling back on the default LGPL-3.
