Configure the helpdesk team

Go to :menuselection:`Helpdesk --> Configuration --> Helpdesk Teams`. Select a team and enable
*Onsite Interventions*.

The helpdesk tickets of the team now display the *Plan Intervention* button. Click on it to create a
new task under your field service project.
