Xavier Luyckx (xlu) f63862fb48 [IMP] theme_*: adapt images in s_striped_center_top snippet 
*: avantgarde, loftspace, real_estate, zap

This commit updates the images in the `s_striped_center_top` snippet for
specific themes. The previous images were not visually good due to their
height. The new, more landscape-oriented images provide a better visual
fit, improving the overall design and aesthetics across the themes.

Soukéina Bojabza a2c0751656 [FIX] test_themes, theme_*: fix not working theme tours 
*: loftspace, real_estate

In commit [1], the test for the "Loftspace" and "Real Estate" themes has
been disabled, as their tour was not working.

This commit fixes the tours and reenables the test for these themes. The
issue was coming from the fact that they were trying to drop more
snippets than there really are, which made an acces to the array at an
inexisting index.

Prior to this change, some themes were still using default images for
certain snippets.
These images didn't correspond to the subject of the chosen theme.

This commit replaces these images with more relevant ones.

Benjamin Vray cc9f79601f [FIX] theme_*: rename the dragNDrop function to insertSnippet 
This commit replaces the "dragNDrop" function used in theme tours with
"insertSnippet" because the function name has changed. Now, users no
longer need to drag and drop categories onto the page from the snippet
menu. Instead, they now need to click on them.

Soukéina Bojabza 85946a8b91 [FIX] theme_*: adapt s_card_offset without display: flex 
*: anelusia, avantgarde, beauty, bistro, bookstore, enark, kiddo,
loftspace, monglia, nano, notes, odoo_experts, paptic, real_estate,
treehouse, yes, zap

In the community PR, the `s_card_offset` snippet has been modified in
order to not be in `display: flex` anymore. The visual was then kept as
close as possible to how it was before by using the grid padding.

This commit adapts this snippet customizations to these changes. More
precisely, it adapts the vertical padding to the text content, in order
to center it a bit while avoiding having an overflow.

Chrysanthe (chgo) 3243aef15b [FIX] theme_*: fix s_text_cover design 
This commit has two main goals:

1. Adapt the copy of the `s_text_cover` snippet to fit each theme

2. Introduce custom images for each themes, as the `s_text_cover` was
   always using the same image until now

This commit also fixes some conflicting classes due to a change of
`background-color` in the default snippet.

Chrysanthe (chgo) cf5f4cc189 [FIX] theme_*: adapt s_key_benefits col-lg-* xpath selectors 
This commit adapts the xpath for the `s_key_benefits` snippet that were
targeting `col-lg-4`.

As we switched the layout of this snippet to columns, we reviewed the
layout a bit, resulting in one single `col-12` on top, rather than
`col-4` and `col-12`.

As we remove this `col-lg-4`, we need to adapt all the xpaths.

Benjamin Vray d60776bdd2 [FIX] theme_*: fix font style of snippet headers 
Some snippets contain incorrect font style that are not achievable using
the editor (for example: <h2 class="display-3"> in the "Key benefits"
snippet).

These snippets were adapted in the community commit linked to this one
to align with what the editor would generate if we recreated them from
scratch.

In this commit, we adapt the themes following the change in community.
We also fix a few issues (e.g., wording for the ´s_numbers´ snippet)
noticed during the changes.
